A Question everyone must find an answer for today
A Question based on truth rather than facts
A Question that don't need Reference books or dictionaries to answer it
A Question whose answer is not available on GOOGLE or all other search engines
A Question nobody else can answer for you
A Question which you must ask yourself everyday and everywhere.
WHY AM I HERE?
Why am I in this country?
Why am I in this office?
Why am I in this church or Ministry?
Why am I in this School, College or University?
Why am I in this family?
Why am I in this employment on this position?
Why am I in this business?
Why am I in this situation or state?
Why am I in this marriage or relationship?
Why am I in this place today?
WHY AM I HERE?
You might not be happy with where you are today,
But why are you there?
You might be totally satisfied with where you are now,
But why are you there?
You might not know what brought you there,
But why are you there?
You might be 100% certain of what took you there,
But why are you there?
WHY AM I HERE? Please ask!
Nothing just happens
God would never take you to a place for nothing
God would never have you promoted for nothing
God would never give you that job for nothing
God would never give you that position for nothing
God would never let you be in that country for nothing
God would never let you marry that person for nothing
God would never let you be in that situation for nothing
God would never let you be born in that poor or rich family for nothing
God would never let you be in that education, business or church for nothing
WHY AM I HERE?
Am I here just to make a name for myself?
Am I here just to enjoy life for myself?
Am I here just for the sake of being here?
Am I here just to suffer loss?
Am I here just for membership?
Am I here just coz of my good education?
Am I here just coz I'm lucky?
Am I here due to my hard working?
Am I here just to make my future and that of my children?
Am I here coz my parents want me here?
WHY AM I HERE?
Joseph on his glorious position said to his brothers:
"I now realize that it was God who sent me HERE to save your lives."
{He forgave and helped them, regardless of the evil they did to him}
God who knows the end from the beginning allowed you to be born from
that poor family so you can help and change their lives. Be sensitive!
Mordecai told Esther these words:
"If you remain completely silent at this time, relief and deliverance
will arise for the Jews from another place, yet who knows whether you
have come to the kingdom for such a time as this."
{When Esther started enjoying life in the palace she nearly ignored her
people's misery out there,That's what believers do today, to a point of changing friends. Thank God Esther eventually repented and got it right!}. Watch out!
A Good Samaritan, suspended his other businesses to save a dying man
on the way to Jericho. A high priest and that other Bishop were too busy for
God to help.(The Samaritan realized that cud be why he was led that way)
A wise boss used the power of his position to cancel his villagers debts so
as to get acceptance in the village when made redundant.
Another woman instead of divorcing prayed & changed her husband to a
Great minister of the gospel the world ever knew.
Daniel used his position to end the captivity of israel and brought them back
to Jerusalem. {His wisdom & understanding was not for just himself}
True Christians are doing all they can to help the needy, feed the hungry,
support the poor and lift the disadvantaged.{Never store up treasures on earth where are thieves and rust but rather store it up in heaven where they can't get to.}
WHY AM I HERE?
You are not here just for yourself
You are not here just to enrich yourself
you are here for somebody else
You are wherever you are for others
Everywhere you are is an opportunity to serve God by saving others
in any way Whenever you are promoted, whenever you get a job,
wherever you can be or wherever God puts you, Be very sensitive and
Ask yourself;
WHY AM I HERE?
Then the King will say to those on His right hand, Come you blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world;
' For I was hungry and you gave Me food;
I was thirsty and you gave Me drink,
I was a stranger and you took Me in.
I was naked and you clothed Me;
I was sick and you visited Me.
Then the righteous will answer Him saying,
When did we see You hungry and fed You, or thirsty and gave you drink?
When did we see You a stranger and take You in or a naked and clothe You?
Or when did we see You sick or in prison, and came to You?
And the King will answer and say to them, Assuredly, I say to you, Inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these my brethren, you did it to Me'. Matt 25:34 - 40.
WHY AM i HERE?
How many times have you ignored the needy in the name of being busy with God
Which God do you serve?
How often have you despised and ridiculed your poor relatives when asked your help?
What sort of a Christian are you?
How often have you refused to release £10 to help when you spend £1000 on luxuries?
who told you Prosperity is having everything to yourself and never be conscious of the poor, the sick, and the needy around you?
Real prosperity is having something to share with others.
And Kingdom living is being at peace with all people whatever the cost.
